New to wikis?

• If you are new to wikis, you may want to read this thing.
• There is some advice on getting this wiki started at this place.

How to help out

• If you want to help but you're not sure where to start, try improving the various stub thingies by fattening them up.
• Another helpful activity would be to check the list of pages in need for frequently linked-to thingy that don't exist yet.
• To follow the changes to this wiki, and to look out for new users and edits use recent changes.
• You can find a list of un-useful templates on Category:Templates, some of which are documented on these certain thingies.
• If you need help editing, you could start with Help:Editing or the tutorial of mass "so-called" knowledge.

• If you want to discuss anything specific to thingies, you can use the chattering page for that thingy.
• For more general chit-chat you can use the Discussion tab of this page, or a Forum if the forums have been set up.

Things to do

Useful activities Help fatten up some article stubs. Locate and terminate pages that need expanding as article stubs. Create links to some orphaned pages. Upload and add some images! Visit Special:Upload. Add them to a category too, like [[Category:Images]]. Write a new thingy that's on the the wanted list! Fix any double redirect things by redirecting the first page to the third page. Check for dumb lies and either mark them for deletion or find a more appropriate target to hunt. Consider splitting up very long pages into different pages or subpages. Create some links on killed articles. Add more stuff... NOW!
